Creative Commonsのライセンス2.0を適用

Creative Commonsのバージョンがいつの間にか2.0になっていたようだったので内容を見てみました。

Under the 2.0 licenses, a licensor may require that licensees, to fulfill their attribution requirement, provide a link back to the licensor's work.

URLを記述するようにライセンスの中に追加されたようです。Web上のリソースを示すにはURIを書くのが一番です。この部分がどこに欠いてあるかを探してみました。Creative Commons Legal Codeの中の4. Restrictionsの中のcというところです。

If you distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or publicly digitally perform the Work, You must keep intact all copyright notices for the Work and give the Original Author credit reasonable to the medium or means You are utilizing by conveying the name (or pseudonym if applicable) of the Original Author if supplied; the title of the Work if supplied; and to the extent reasonably practicable, the Uniform Resource Identifier, if any, that Licensor specifies to be associated with the Work, unless such URI does not refer to the copyright notice or licensing information for the Work.

Creative Commons Legal Code1.0と比べてみましょう。4cの部分を見るとURIを書くようにとは入っていません。これが個人的には大きいのかなと思います。後は音楽とか映像などの配信に際しての制限などがd、eと続きます。

まあ普通に転載とかする際にはどこの文章かわかるようにタイトル、作者名、URIなどは書くとは思いますが、こういった条件をあらかじめ掲示しておくことでいちいち作者にメールなどで問い合わせる必要がなく転載ができるということです。

詳しい内容を見るにはPOP辞書を使ったCreative Commons Legal Codeなどで見るとわかりやすいと思います。

こういったCreative Commonsのライセンスがどうなっているかはいちいちページ内を確認しないといけないわけですがせっかくrdfになっているので以前紹介したMozilla系のブラウザーでCreative Commonsのライセンスを表示するプラグインなどを利用しているとそのまま右下に表示されるのでこれが便利です。

ついでにGoing My Wayのライセンスも2.0に変更。MTのテンプレートを修正しました。Indivisual Archivesのページにはそれぞれの内容を示すようにちょっとテンプレートを加工します。
