Thunderbird 0.9がリリースのエントリーにaoiro@Blogからもらったトラックバック先のエントリーをみていたらaoiro - aoiro@Blog : Firefox 1.0 RC 2 ReleasedというエントリーでさらにFirefox 1.0 RC 2が出たのを知りました。
インストールしてみたところFirefox1.0 RC1の環境にそのまま上書きインストールで特に問題なし。入れておいたエクステンションも動きました。
MozillaZineにてもでています。
Inside Firefoxによると今度のFirefox1.0 RC2で重点的にテストして欲しいのは
site authentication (especially over SSL)
SSLを使った認証
extension installation via update.mozilla.org and other sites.
エクステンションのアップデートがうまく行われるか
software update - we're making another attempt at this. We think we've got the bugs from RC1, so please test by following these instructions.
ソフトウェアアップグレードについてRC1ではバグがあったのでこれがうまくできるかを試して欲しいとのことです。インストラクション参考に
やってみたところちゃんとダイヤログが出て動きました。
